For this reason, it is not suitable for direct contact with hot, fatty, oily, or fried foods\u2014categories that require specific migration testing.<br\/>It may only be used for \u201clow-risk\u201d foods such as bread, which do not require such certifications.<br\/>For all other foods, regulations require the use of pure cellulose paper.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Decor Solution: Certified Food-Grade Straw Paper<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet these needs, Decor has developed a certified food-grade straw paper suitable for all foods: it offers the same absorbency as traditional straw paper but meets the necessary compliance standards for any type of food service application.<br\/>We have 13 standard sizes in stock and can produce custom sizes upon request.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An important point to remember:<\/strong> Even certified food-grade paper, if printed with unsuitable inks or left unprotected, must not come into direct contact with food on the printed side.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before choosing your supplier, check:<br\/>\u2192 to ensure the paper is suitable for all foods, not just those exempt from migration testing<br\/>\u2192 to ensure the supplier\u2019s traceability information is present on the sales unit<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance is not a minor detail.
